If you purchase a BaseElements Site Licence, you also have access to use BaseElements on multiple machines at the same place of work, as well as on a FileMaker Server machine shared amongst multiple developers. You must have a Site Licence registration code to act as a client to a shared version.

The demo version above has sharing enabled for 2 External Authentication Groups :

that have Edit and Read only access enabled respectively. At present sharing is only switched on for EA accounts.

Plugins

BaseElements uses the Troi File plugin. It is included in the downloads above, but if you want to download it separately, it is available here. The current version of the Troi File Plugin is 4.5.0.

You don't need to download this if you have already downloaded the either version of BaseElements above.

Auto-Update on FileMaker Server

Also available for the Multi-User version are premade AutoUpdate folders for the FileMaker Server so that the plugin can be updated directly to the clients. One download contains plugins for both Mac and Windows clients.

Runtime Options

With the Runtime, if you've never downloaded it before, just get the complete files listed above. However if you're downloading an updated version of BaseElements to replace an old runtime version, you don't need to download the complete package. We've also split the files into the application and the main Files. With each update of BaseElements, download the updated "Files" package. When FileMaker Pro is updated, we'll post an updated "Application" package.
